What are your business hours?

My typical working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9AM-5PM MT. Messages received Friday through Sunday are outside of business hours, and I will respond to inquiries the next business day.

What types of services do you offer? Are there any requirements to be able to see you?

I offer virtual therapy sessions, consultations, and coaching sessions. While therapy services require Colorado residency, coaching and consultation services are available to clients throughout the United States.

What are your rates for services?

50-minute individual counseling session: $150 (insurance) or $130 (private pay)

50-minute consultation session: $125

What type of payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I do! I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and Evernorth.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept UHC / Optum / UMC or Medicaid at this time but hope to do so in the future.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.
